Catching Food

Today's talent is very similar to the first talent featured on this blog!

Name: Sarah Miller
Age: 18
Talent: Catching food in my mouth
How did you learn/discover the talent: I was at summer camp when I was 11 and they had a contest to see who could catch the most stuff in their mouth and I entered just for fun and I ended up winning.
What do you call it: Catching food in my mouth
How would you explain it to someone who wants to learn it: It's all in the toss. You have to have a toss that is up and towards your face with enough altitude to give you time to position your mouth underneath the object. Then when you are catching it you have to have your eyes open the whole time, you can't close then until it's in your mouth. Also hold your mouth open enough so that the object doesn't bounce off your teeth.

Sarah Miller is a first year sophomore at Washburn University. She's majoring in Mass Media: Journalism and hopes to enter the media field after graduating. In this video she tosses whoppers into the air and catches them in her mouth!

  1. This most recent post is much easier to read and it's much clearer where the question ends and the answer begins. I think it would help your blog a lot if you add in visuals, like a picture or a video of the subject doing their talent.
